Özet

İlk nesil kendi dilleriyle gönderilen Kur’an’ı belli ölçüde anlasalar da özellikle uygulamaya dair bazı âyetleri anlamada zorluk yaşamış ve bu zorlukların aşılması için de Hz. Peygamber’in açıklamalarına ihtiyaç duymuştur. Rasûlullah da bazen anlamı kapalı olan kimi âyetleri açıklamış bazen de kimi hükümleri bizzat tatbik ederek ashabına göstermiştir. Doğrusu zamanla şartlar değişse de nübüvvet dönemde yaşanan bu durum benzer şekilde her dönemde yaşanmıştır. Bu anlamda kimi âyetlerin anlaşılması ve yorumlanması noktasında her dönemde farklı problemlerle karşı karşıya kalınmış ve bunların çözüme kavuşması için yeni araştırmalara ihtiyaç duyulmuştur. Bunlardan biri de aile içinde kadının eşine karşı olumsuz tutumundan kaynaklanan bir problemin çözümüyle ilgilidarp onlarıَ “وا ْضِربُوهُ ن edin” âyetinin anlaşılması noktasında yaşanmıştır. Âyette geçen ب َر َض َkelimesinin hem manasının kapalı olması hem de cümle içindeki durumuna göre farklı anlamlara gelmesi söz konusu ifadenin farklı şekillerde anlaşılmasına yol açmış, özellikle de günümüzle geçmiş dönem araştırmacıları arasında ciddi bir yorum farklılığının oluşmasına sebep olmuştur. Biz de bu çalışmada bir yandan bütün bu farklı görüşleri analiz ettik bir yandan da âyeti Kur’an’ın Kur’an’la tefsiri ilkesine göre tahlil ve değerlendirmeye çalıştık.

Abstract

The first generation understood Qur’an which was revealed in their own language. Human being need to make a certain amount of effort for understanding and practicing a revelation. As a matter of fact, while sometismes human attempt was sufficient to understand the messages, sometimes even the individual effort alone couldn’t be sufficient to reach the message of the relevation. In this case, they would need the guidance of Allah almighty through His prophet. The last example of this case was experienced during the prophethood period with the revelation of the Quran. however, they needed the guidance and explanations of the Prophet when come to implementation of some messages. Thus, the prophet explained and read between lines to clarify certain verses and sometimes he personally implemented the message of verses in his life as a demonstrator. In fact, despite of changing conditions and times, this situation remain similar in subsequent periods. In this sense, different problems were encountered in each period in terms of understanding and interpreting some verses and new researches were needed to resolve them. One of a considerable example has been experienced at the point of understanding the verse ن ه ُوُربِض ْواَ “beat them” about the solution of a problem arising from the negative attitude of the woman towards her husband in the family. Its reason is that is that the word ب َر َض َmentioned in the verse has a closed and varied meanings depending of its usage in the sentence. Therefore, this cause the message of the verse has been understood differently and lead significant interpretation differences between past and today’s investigators. In this study, we analysed all these different views and further tried to make an assessment as in the context of the Quran's interpretation with the Quran.
