Analitik Hiyerarşi Prosesi Tekniği ile Proje Yönetimi Uygulaması

Özet

Özet: İnşaat sektörü hızla büyümekte olan sektörlerden biridir. Bu sektörde bir projeyi gerçekleştirecek uygun müteahhit firmanın seçimi, projenin başarısını da etkileyecektir. Projenin başarısı zaman ve kaynakların en etkili şekilde kullanılması ve en iyi işin en uygun maliyette yapılmasına bağlıdır. Bu çalışmada Analitik Hiyerarşi Prosesi Tekniği kullanılarak çok amaçlı bir problem olan müteahhit seçimi bir hiyerarşik yapı dahilinde ele alınmış, müteahhit seçiminde önemli olan kriterler, yönetim kabiliyeti, inşaat kabiliyeti, finansal durum, ticari geçmiş ve deneyim olarak belirlenmiştir. Daha sonra kriterlerin ağırlıkları hesaplanmış ve bu ağırlıklar ile projeyi en iyi uygulayacak olan müteahhit firmanın seçimi gerçekleştirilmiştir. En iyi özellikteki müteahhit firmanın seçimi sonucunda, zaman ve maliyet konularında tasarruf sağlanabileceği önerilmiştir. Uygulamada "Expert Choice" profesyonel yazılımı kullanılmıştır.

Abstract

Abstract: The construction sector is one of the most rapidly growing sectors. In this sector, selection of an appropriate contractor is a key factor in assuring the success of a construction project. The success of a construction project depends on the effective use of the time and resources. In this research by applying the AHP to the contractor selection, important criteria for contractor selection are identified. These criteria are; management capability, construction capability, financial situation, commercial background and experience. Then criteria are ranked according to their priorities and best contractor according to these criteria are selected. It is suggested that; choosing the contractor with the highest qualifications, time and cost values could be most efficiently obtained. "Expert Choice" professional software is used to implement the AHP procedures.
