Özet

Primer overyan gebelik (POG), tüm ektopik gebeliklerin yaklaşık %0,5-1 ini oluşturan, oldukça nadir görülen bir ektopik gebelik türüdür. 25 yaşında kadın hasta akut batın ve hemoperitoneum nedeniyle rupture tubal ektopik gebelik ön tanısıyla laparotomiye alındı. İntraoperatif değerlenmede rupture overyan ektopik gebelik tespit edildi. Overyan wedge rezeksiyon yapılarak, konservatif olarak tedavi gerçekleştirildi. Cerrahi tercih edilen tedavilerde overi koruyacak şekilde konservatif olarak uygulanan overyan wedge rezeksiyonu en uygun tedavidir.

Abstract

Primary ovarian pregnancy (POG), which accounts for 0.5-1% of all ectopic pregnancies, is a rare type of ectopic pregnancy. A 25-year-old female patient with acute abdominal pain and hemoperitoneum went on laparotomy with the diagnosis of a ruptured tubal pregnancy. The ruptured ovarian pregnancy was detected intraoperatively. Ovarian wedge resection was performed. Ovarian wedge resection which applied conservatively is the most appropriate treatment for protecting ovary.
