HBsAg pozitifliği 2010 yılında % 0.87 iken, 2015 yılında% 0.79'a, anti-HCV pozitifliği ise 2010 yılında % 0.43 iken 2015 yılında %0.32'ye gerilemiştir. Sonuç: Bulgulara göre, HBsAg ve anti-HCV seropozitiflik oranları altı yıllık periyod içinde azalma göstermektedir.
Abstract
Aim:In this study, we aimed to evaluate the seroprevalance of HBsAg, anti-HCV and antiHIV among blood donors who applied to our transfusion center.Material and Methods: In this study, the records of 28026 donors applied to Türkiye Yüksek Ihtisas Training and Research Hospital, Transfusion Center from January 2010 to December 2015 were evaluated retrospectively. HBsAg, HCV and anti HIV tests were screened by macro ELISA method (Architect System, Abbott Diagnostics, Germany and Cobas E 601, Roche Diagnostics, Germany) and micro ELISA method (Eti-Max 3000, Results: Among total of 28026 blood donors, 7482 (26.7%) were female, 20544(73.3%) were male. The overall seropositivity rates for HBsAg, anti-HCV and anti-HIV were found as 0.80%, 0.46% and 0.06%, respectively. 11 donors were found seropositive for anti-HIV, but they were all accepted as false positive results, since the western blot confirmation tests were all negative. HBsAg seropositivity was 0.87% in 2010 and it regressed to 0.79% in 2015, anti-HCV seropositivity was 0.43% in 2010 and it regressed to 0.32% in 2015.Conclusion: According to the findings, seropositivity rates of HBsAg and anti-HCV decreased in a six year period of time.
