Muhittin Sadak ve “Mûsikî Nazariyâtı” adlı kitabında usûl kavramı

Özet

Bu makalede XX. Yüzyılın başında dünyaya gelmiş olan ve Türk müziğinin çok sesli bir yapıda icra edilmesi konusunda gayret sarf etmiş olan; ancak müzik alanında yaptığı çalışmalar yeterince tanınmayan viyolonsel sanatçısı ve müzik teorisyeni Muhittin Sadak'm "usûl" hakkındaki düşünceleri, Mûsikî Nazariyatı adlı kitabı çerçevesince incelenerek ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır. Türk müziği nazariyatında "usûl" konusu, temel konulardan biridir. Türk müziği usûl bilgisine hakim olan Muhittin Sadak, bu konuyu Batı müziği ilkelerine dayalı bir şekilde ortaya koymuştur. Onun bu konuda verdiği bilgiler müzik nazariyâtı konusunda araştırma yapanlara rehberlik edebilecek niteliktedir.

Abstract

This article deals with the views that Muhittin Sadak a violonist and music theoretician who lived in the XXth century and was unappreciated until after his death, holds about "measure" within the framework of his book titled "Theories of Music". The topic "measure" is one of the essentials of the theory of Turkish music. Muhittin Sadak, who had knowledge of the stylistics of Turkish music and managed to account for this topic in light of the Classical Music principles, made a significant contribution in the field of the stylistics of Turkish Music in that pieces of Turkish music were performed by adhering to the principles of the universal music. These informations which are given by him will be a kind of guide for whom, will be research about musics theory.
