Özet

Bu araştırmada, arı sütü verimine mevsim, genotip, hasat sırası ve çıta sırasının etkileri araştırılmıştır. Saf Muğla ekotipi ile İtalyan x Muğla melezi genotipler arasında; larva kabul oranı, yüksük uzunluğu, yüksük başına an sütü miktarı ile koloni başına toplam arı sütü miktarı karşılaştırılmıştır. Her genotip grubu aynı güce sahip 10 adet koloniden oluşturularak, toplam 20 adet koloniye her defasında 45 adet larva transferi 3 gün ara ile 4 kez Nisan ve Mayıs 2000 döneminde Çukurova koşullarında uygulanmıştır. Her larva transferinden 72 saat sonra yapay yüksüklerden an sütü hasadı yapılmıştır. Abstract

In this study, the effects of season, genotype, yield time, and bar order in the bee hive on productivity of royal jelly were investigated. Also rate of larva acceptance, length of queen cell, amount of royal jelly in each cell and total amount of royal jelly in the colonies were compared between pure Mugla and Italian x Mugla mixed genotypes. Each genotype group consisted of 10 colonies with the same strength. During April and May 2000, under Çukurova Region conditions, 4 applications with 45 larvae each at 3 days intervals were transferred to a total of 20 colonies, 72 hours after each larva transfer, royal jelly was collected from the artificial queen cells. In April and May, the finding in average values were as follows: rate of larva acceptance, 84.91+0.37 % and 75.26+0.50 %; length of queen cell, 1.68+0.01 cm and 1.64+0.01 cm; total amount of royal jelly in each queen cell per colony, 0.255±0.002 g and 0.281+0.003 g; total yield of royal jelly in each colony 34.66+0.16 g and 34.35+0.23 g. It was determined that the effect of season, yield and bar order of bee hive on the larva acceptance rate was about P
