Özet

Amaç: Çalışmamızda, sisplatin (Cis) (10mg/kg, intraperitoneal) kaynaklı böbrek hasarına karşı lutein’in (L) (100mg/kg, oral) koruyucu etkisi incelendi. Materyal ve Metot: Bu çalışma, 8 haftalık 28 adet sıçanla gerçekleştirildi. Oluşturulan 4 grubun her birinde 7 tane sıçan yer aldı: Kontrol, L, Cis ve Cis + L. Aim: The aim of this study was to determine the protection of lutein (L) (100 mg/kg, orally) against kidney damage caused by cisplatin (Cis) (10mg/kg, intraperitoneal).
