Unilateral Horner' s syndrome during epidural anaesthesia for cesarean section

Abstract

Homer's syndrome is a well-recognised complication of regional analgesia in the neck and shoulder region but it is not often encountered as a complication of blocks performed elsewhere. This is a report of the details of a patient who developed Homer's syndrome after lumbar epidural block for cesarean section.
