Özet
Bu makalede 5237 Sayılı Türk Ceza Kanununun 268 inci maddesindeyer alan başkasına ait kimlik veya kimlik bilgilerinin kullanılması suçu değerlendirilmiştir. Çalışmamızda madde metninde yer alan ve işlediği suç nedeniylekendisi hakkında soruşturma ve kovuşturma yapılmasını engellemek amacıyla,başkasına ait kimliği veya kimlik bilgilerini kullanan kimselerin, iftira suçunailişkin hükümlere göre nasıl cezalandırılacağına ilişkin açıklamalara yer verilmiştir.
Abstract
This article examines the crime of useing another s identity card or information regulated by the Article 268 of the Turkish Penal Code. Tis articleanalyses any person who uses another s identity card or information relating tothe identity of another for the purpose of preveting the conduct of an investigation and prosecution aganist himself for an ofence he has committed shall besentenced according to the provisions relating to the ofence of calumny.
