Gastrik ülser perforasyonuna neden olan bir fitobezoar (Vaka takdimi)

Özet

Mide kanseri ön tanısıyla sevk edilen ve epigastrik ağrı ve kusma yakınmaları ön planda olan gastrik ülsere ilave bir bezoar vakasını sunmak istedik. Preoperatif dev gastrik ülser yanında, bezoar tanısı da konulan hastada, ameliyatta sınırlanmış bir ülser perforasyonu olduğu görüldü. Frozen çalışmasıyla intraoperatif olarak selim olduğu saptanan vakaya bezoar çıkarılması ve ülsere primer tamir uygulandı. Postoperatif dönemde ciddi bir komplikasyon görülmedi.

Abstract

We present a case of bezoar coexisting with gastric ulcer. The patient was referred to us for suspicion of gastric cancer with the complaints of epigastric pain and vomitting. The patient, who had giant gastric ulcer and a bezoar was found to have a walled-off ulcer perforation during the operation. The frozen section of the lesion was reported to be benign the bezoar was extracted through a gastrostomy incision and repaired the perforated ulcer was repaired primarily. No major complications were encountered.
