Bu çalışmada serum alkalen fosfataz ve plasental alkalen fosfataz seviyelerinin, servikal karsinoma tanısında tümör marker olarak kullanılıp kullanılamayacağını araştırdık. ALP ve PLAP aktiviteleri, sağlıklı kadın kontrolerin, patolojik kontrollerin (akut servisitli hastalar) ve servikal karsinomalı hastaların serumlarında ölçüldü. Abstract

The present study aimed to detect, if serum alkaline phosphatase (ALP) and placental alkaline phosphatas e (PLAP) activities can be used as a tumor marker in the detection of cervical carcinoma. The alkaline phosphatase (ALP) and placental alkaline phosphatase (PLAP) activities were determined in the sera of healthy female controls, pathological controls (patients with acute cervicitis), and cervical carcinoma patients.
