Özet

Bu yazıda, pegile interferon ve ribavirin tedavisine yanıtsız olan ve telaprevirli kombinasyon tedavisinin 12. haftasında viral "rebound" gelişen bir kronik hepatit C olgusu sunulmuş- tur. O dönemde yapılan HCV NS3 direnç analizi paritaprevire duyarlı, telaprevir, boseprevir ve simeprevire dirençli olarak sonuçlandı. HCV ilaç direnci analizi, özellikle virolojik başarı- sızlık gösteren kronik hepatit C hastalarında antiviral ilaçların seçiminde yol gösterici olabilir.

Abstract

In this report, a patient with chronic hepatitis C who was null responder to peginterferon and ribavirin and also developed viral rebound in the twelfth week of combination treatment with telaprevir is presented. NS3 resistance analysis performed at the same week has shown sensitivity to paritaprevir but resistance to telaprevir, boceprevir and simeprevir. The resistance analysis may assist the selection of antiviral drugs especially in the chronic hepatitis C patients with virologic failure.
