Özet

Hürler Sendromu'nda temel bozukluk L-iduronidaz enzimindeki yetmezlik sonucu tüm vücut sistemlerinde asit mukopolisakkaritlerin birikmesidir. Hastalığın bu doğal sonucu anestezi uygulamasını değiştirebilir. Bu çalışmada, doğuştan kalça çıkığı nedeniyle Ortopedi Kliniği tarafından ameliyatı planlanan Hürler Sendrom'lu bir olguda genel anestezi uygulamamızı sunmayı amaçladık.

Abstract

The problem in Hurler's syndrome is the deficiency of L-iduronidase and the deposition of acid mucopolysaccharide in every system of body. The clinical status of this disease has some properties, which influence its anesthesia. In this case we reviewed the difficulty of airway management in Hurler's syndrome.
