Özet

Düğün her zamanlar insan hayatında en önemli olaylardan biridir. Bu yüzden düğünle birçok adet ve eşgal bağlıdır. Bu makalede Dağıstan Derbent mahallesi Terkeme köylerindeki (12 köy) düğün töreni düzeni açıklanır: gelinin seçimi, nişanlaması, rıza alması, getirdiği kıyafetlerin gösterisi, evlilik kaydı, düğün sonrası adet ve törenleri.

Abstract

Weddings have always been important events in people s lives. Therefore, there is a close link between weddings and the way traditions are carried out. In this study, the wedding preparations and practices in 12 villages of Terekemens in Derbent District, Daghistan, are analysed in terms of the choice of bride, engagement practices, getting the consent of people involved, the exhibition of the bride s clothes and post wedding traditions and ceremonies.
