Özet

Amaç: İyi bir implantasyon için gerekli faktörlerin ve markırların değerlendirlmesi Metod: Başarılı implantasyon için blastosistten salınan sinyallere yanıt olarak gelişen reseptif endometrium gerekir. Embriyodan salınan parakrin faktörlerin yanı sıra steroid hormonların etkisi ile alıcı durum gelişir. Reseptif endometriumda, embriyo yapışmasına sekonder olarak gelişen genlerin etkisi vardır. Reseptif periyotta moleküler ve morfolojik markırların etkileri belirlenmiştir. Açıklanamayan infertilite ve endometriozislilerde bu markırların miktarları farklıdır. Sonuç: Mikroarray gibi yeni tekniklerle binlerce gen analizi yapılmaktadır ve bunlarda marker olarak kullanılabilir.

Abstract

Ob j ective: Aim of the study was to evluate markers and factors for successful implantation Method: For successful implantation, receptive endometrium that cosequence of the signal result from blastocyst is necessary. With the effects of Paracrine factors and steroid hormones, receptive stiuation is occur. On receptive Endometrium, there are effects of the genes that occur secondary to embryo attachment. Effect of molecular and morphological markers were described on receptive period. The number of these markers are different in patients with unexplained infertility and endometriosis. Conclusion : Analysis of the thosunds could take with new techniques as Microarray and these genes can use marker.
