ALIÇ GÖLETİ PERİFİTİK ZOOPLANKTON (CLADOCERA, COPEPODA, ROTİFERA) TÜRLERİ ÜZERİNE BİR ARAŞTIRMA

An investigation on the periphytic zooplankton species (Cladocera, Copepoda, Rotifera) in Alıç pond (Turkey)

Özet

Bu çalışma Alıç göletinde geniş bir dağılım gösteren Myriophyllum, Thypa, Ceratophyllum ve Phragmites türleri üzerinde yaşayan zooplanktonik organizmaların tespiti ve söz konusu makrofitler ile zooplanktonik organizmalar arasındaki ilişkiyi incelemek amacıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Gölden alınan makrofit örnekleri, içerisinde filtre edilmiş göl suyu bulunan bir şişeye konarak laboratuara getirildi. Yapılan çalışma sonucunda gölette 15 Cladocera, 12 Copepoda, 60 Rotifera olmak üzere toplam 87 zooplankton türü bulunmuştur. Pelajik bölgede bulunan 46 türe makrofitlerin üzerinde ve arasında da rastlanmıştır. Ancak makrofitler arasında ve üzerinde bulunan 41 tür pelajik bölgede bulunamamıştır

Abstract

This study performed to determine the zooplanktonic organisms living on the Myriophyllum, Thypa, Ceratophyllum and Phragmites species which show wide distribution in Alıç pond and examine the connection among these macrophytes and zooplanktonic organisms. Macrophyte samples taken from the lake were brought into laboratories by putting into the bottle containing filtered lake water. As a result of the study 87 zooplankton species totally were found as 15 species of Cladocera, 12 species of Copepoda and 60 species of Rotifera in the lake. 46 species which were found in pelagic zone were found on and among the macrophytes too. But, 41 species which were found on and among the macrophytes could’nt found in the pelagic zone
