Kürk Çayı (Elazığ-Türkiye) zooplanktonu

Özet

Hazar Gölü’ne dökülen önemli yüzey su kaynaklarından biri olan Kürk Çayı’nın zooplanktonu Şubat 2007-Ocak 2008 tarihleri arasında aylık olarak incelenmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda Rotifera’dan 9, Cladocera’dan 2 Copepoda’dan 2 tür teşhis edilmiştir. Tüm zooplankton içinde rotiferler her mevsim bulunan grup olmuştur. Rotifera’dan Keratella cochlearis, Copepoda’dan Cyclops vicinus ve Cladocera’dan Ceriodaphnia reticulata ortaya çıkış sıklığı bakımından ilk sırada yer alan türler olmuştur. Rotifera’dan K. cochlearis 7 ay P. dolichoptera 6 ay kaydedilmiştir. Ascomorpha saltans ve Filinia longiseta ise sadece 1 ay gözlenmişlerdir. Cladocera grubundan C. reticulata 4 ay, Copepoda’dan C. vicinus ise 5 ay boyunca gözlenmiş ve her iki grup içinde en dikkat çeken türler olmuşlardır. Ayrıca bazı fiziksel ve kimyasal parametreler (sıcaklık, pH, çözünmüş oksijen) belirlenmiş olup, bunların normal değerler içinde oldukları tespit edilmiştir.

Abstract

Zooplankton of Kurk stream, one of the most important surface water reservior flows into Hazar Lake was observed monthly between February 2007 - January 2008. At the end of the research, 9 species from Rotifera, 2 species from Cladocera, 2 species from Copepoda were identified. Rotifers were found every seasons amoung whole zooplankton. Keratella cochlearis from Rotifera Cyclops vicinus from Copepoda and Ceriodaphnia reticulata from Cladocera were took the first places according to frequency of occurence. K. cochlearis from Rotifera was observed 6 months. Ascomorpha saltans and Filinia longiseta were observed only 1 month. C. reticulata from Cladocera and C. vicinus from Copepoda observed 5 months and these two species were the most conspicuous species. In addition some physical and chemical parameters (temperature, pH, dissolved oxygen) were analysed and all parameters were found in normal range.
