Özet

Bezoarlar temel olarak mide ve ince barsakta, yabancı cisimlerin sindirimi ve bi-rikimi sonucu sertleşmesi ile oluşmaktadır. Fitobezoarlar nadir akut ince barsak obstruksiyonuna neden olurlar. Daha önceden gastrik operasyon geçirmiş, faz-la miktarda lifi gıda tüketimi ve bezoar formasyonu için yüksek riskli durumu bu-lunan olgular ile karşılaşıldığında ftobezoar düşünülmelidir.Bu çalışmadaki amacı-mız; bu nadir antitenin tedavisi ve tanı zorluklarını değerlendirmektir.

Abstract

Bezoars are foreign bodies impacted in the digestive tract resulting of their in-gestion and accumulation, involving mainly the stomach,small bowel. Phytobe-zoars are a rare cause of acute small bowel obstruction. It should be suspected in patients with an increased risk of bezoar formation, such as in the presence of previous gastric surgery and a history suggestive of increased fiber intake. The aim of this work was to identify the diagnostic difficulties and treatment of this rare entity.
