Cholecystoenteric fistule and laparoscopic repair

Özet

Safra kesesi taşları, hepatobilier sistemin yaygın görülen bir hastalığıdır. Safra ke-sesi taşına bağlı gelişen kolesistoenterik fistüller ise nadir görülen bir komplikas-yondur. Genellikle operasyon sırasında tanı konur. Bizim olgumuzda da laparoros-kopi kolesistektomi sırasında kolesistoduodenal fistül tanısı konulmuştur. Lapa -roskopik duodenorafi ve kolesistektomi yapılan olgumuz literatürde nadir görülenbir hastalık olduğundan paylaşılması amaçlanmıştır.

Abstract

Gallbladder stones are an endemic disease of hepatobiliary system.Whereas, cho-lecystoenteric fstules which develop by depending on gallbladder stone are rarelyseen complications. A diagnosis is usually established during an operation. As isseen in our case too, in view of acute-stoned cholecystitis, laparoscopy has beencarried out and a diagnosis of cholecystoduodenal fstule has been establishedduring laparoscopy. Our case to whom laparoscopic duodenography and cholecys -tectomy has been applied is a rarely seen disease in literature. So, we aimed atsharing this information.
