Özet

Akrokordonlar (skin tag, fibroepitelyal polip) vücudun herhangi bir yerinden kaynaklanabilen yumuşak, deri renginde, pediküllü lezyonlardır. Vücutta çok yaygın bulunmalarına rağmen dev akrokordonlar literatürde nadir olarak bildirilmiştir. Histolojik olarak gevşek kollajen lifleri ve dilate kapillerlerden oluşur. Biz bu yazıdaskrotum cildinden kaynaklanan dev bir akrokordon vakasını sunuyoruz.

Abstract

Acrochordons (skin tag or fibroepithelial polyp) are soft, skin-colored, pedunculated lesions that can be present anywhere on the body. Although they are commonin other sites of the body, giant acrochordons are reported rarely in the literature.Histologically, the polyp were covered by squamous epithelium, stroma was composed of loose collagen fibers and dilated capillaries. We present the case of onegiant skin tag on scrotum.
