Özet

Gestasyonel trofoblastik neoplaziler genellikle hidatidiform mol sonrası gelişmesine rağmen terapötik veya spontan abortus, ektopik veya term gebeliği takiben izlenebilmektedir. Bu vaka sunumunda term gebeliği takiben oluşan ve 6 aylık amenore şikayeti ile başvuran plasental-site trofoblastik tümörlü hastanın tanı ve tedavisi tanımlandı.

Abstract

Placental-site trophoblastic tumour usually follows a normal full-term delivery, an abortion, or a hydatiform mole. We have reported an unusual presentation of a placental-site trophoblastic tumour with a 6-month history of amenorrhoea and a positive urine pregnancy test after the delivery of caesarean section.
