Özet

İmperfore himen müllerian sisteminin tamamlanmamış kanalizasyonunudan meydana gelen nadir bir konjenital anomalidir ve genellikle menstrual siklusa kadar asemptomatik kalır. Acil servise kız çocuklarında nadir görülen akut idrar retansiyonu ile başvuran ve inceleme sonrası imperfore himen tanısı alan 15 yaşındaki olguyu sunduk. Bu sunuda imperfore himen tanısı ve tedavisini literatür eşliğinde tartıştık

Abstract

Hymen imperforatus is a rare congenital anomaly due to incomplete canalization of the Mullerian ductal system which usually remains asymptomatic until the onset of the menstrual cycle. We presented a 15-year-old girl who referred to the emergency department with acute urinary retention which is rarely seen in girls and diagnosed as imperforate hymen after examination. In this report, we discuss the diagnosis and treatment of the imperforate hymen with a review of the literature
