Özet
Bu makalede; ülkemizde, dünyada kamusal, sosyal ve ekonomik işlerin yürütülmesinde temel oluşturan ve son yıllarda taşınmaza dayalı sermaye piyasası araçlarının ortaya çıkmasıyla önemi daha da artan taşınmaz değerleme uzmanlığı, sınavı ve bu uzmanlık kolunun mesleğimizle olan ilişkisi ele alınmıştır.
Abstract
In the world and our country, real estate valuation constitutes basis in social and economic works. Also it has started to gain more importance due to the fact that capital market tools which depend on real estate values are going into effect. Thus in this paper, real estate valuation expertise, expertise exam and relationship between this expertise field and surveying engineering will be held on.
