Abstract

The article deals with the expert valuation of agricultural land plots with the rent capitalization method(by its components), as well as with the impact of land rent and its all components on expert moneyvaluation of land plots on the basis of "Ukrainian lan-2" nature metric model. The analysis of the studyproved that this model allows high-precision expert monetary valuation of agricultural land incompliance with the International Valuation Standards and National regulations.
