Özet

Azerbaijani lyric poetry of the 17th century alongside with M. Fuzuli have also influenced by great Çağatay poet Ali Şir Nevâyî. Azerbaijan poets of this period Rahmeti, Sâdıkî, Emânî, Zafer, Sâib, Kavsî, Mirza Salih Tebrizî, Melik Bey Avcı and others recognized Nevâyî as a leading literature figure. Nazires of these poets written to Nevâyî verses also contain Fuzuli's influence. Due to Nevâyî, 17th century Azerbaijani poetry gained elements of Chagatai language.

Abstract

In the lyric poems of M. Fuzuli and in the poems of great Çağatay poet Ali Sir Nevai the features 17th century Azerbaijani lyric poetry can be seen. Azerbaijani poets of this period Rahmeti, Sadıki, Emani, Zafer, Saib, Kovsi, Mirza Saleh Tabrizi, Melik bey Avcı and others recognized Navai as an expert literary figure. Fuzuli's influence can be seen in 'Nazire's of these poets that they wrote to 'Navai' poems. With the effect of Navai, 17th century Azerbaijani poetry gained elements of Çağatay language.
