Hastanelerde sağlık personelini motive eden faktörlere ilişkin bir alan çalışması

Özet

Günümüz sağlık yöneticilerinin en önemli problemlerinden birisi hastanedeki farklı eğitim düzeyine, birikime, ihtiyaçlara, beklentilere ve amaçlara sahip sağlık personelinin hastanenin amaçları doğrultusunda motive edilmesidir. Personelin hastane amaçları doğrultusunda motive edilebilmesi için, örgütten beklentilerinin neler olduğunun bilinmesi gerekir. Çünkü beklentileri karşılanmış ve motive olmuş personelin iş verimliliği ve başarısı da yüksek olmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, hastanelerde sağlık personelini motive eden faktörler araştırılmıştır. Araştırma kapsamında Sağlık Bakanlığı Ankara Numune Hastanesinde görevli 447 sağlık personeline anket uygulanmış ve araştırma sonuçlarından hareketle sağlık yöneticileri için çeşitli önerilerde bulunulmuştur.

Abstract

One of the most important problems of today 's health managers is to motivate the personnel in hospitals who have different education levels, backgrounds, needs, expectations and purposes. Expédions of personnel from the organization must be known to motivate them toward the goals of the hospital. Motivated and satisfied employees produce more and are more successful in their jobsThis study investigates the factors that motivate health personnel at hospitals. To this end, a questionnaire was prepared and applied to 447 health workers in the Ankara Numune Hospital. According to this study's results, some suggestions were made to health care managers.
