Özet
Günümüzde üretim sektöründe yaşanan hızlı dijitalleşme olgusu ile birlikte anılan Sanayi 4.0 kavramının, sağlık sektöründe kendine Sağlık 4.0 kavramıyla yer bulduğu görülmektedir. Sağlık 4.0, sağlıkta esas olarak reaktif olan ve hizmet için ücrete odaklanan bir sistemden, sonuçları ölçen ve proaktif önlemeyi amaçlayan değer temelli bir sistem geliştirme sürecini ifade etmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı Sanayi 4.0 sürecinde gelişme gösteren dijital teknolojilerin sağlık sektöründe ne ölçüde yer edindiğini tespit etmektir. Bu tespitlerin sınıflandırılması bundan sonra yürütülecek olan sektörel ve akademik araştırmalara katkı sağlayabilecektir. Araştırmada sistematik literatür taramasından yararlanılmış ve PUBMED veri tabanı bilimsel çalışmalara erişim için kullanılmıştır. Yapılan tarama sonucunda elde edilen bulgular ise sağlık alanında yaşanan teknolojik gelişmelerin daha çok sağlık sistemlerinin yönetilmesi ve sunulmasında insan kaynaklı hataların azaltılmasına, hastaların yer ve zaman sorunu yaşamadan tedavi edilebilmesine olanak sunan erken tanı ve tedavilerin geliştirilmesine ve hastaların hastalanmadan önce sağlıklarını kontrol altına alacak ve yaşam boyu kontrollerini sağlayacak teknolojik gelişmelere odaklandığı yönündedir.
Abstract
It can be seen that the concept of Industry 4.0, which is associated with the rapid digitalization phenomenon experienced in the production sector today, has found its place in the health sector with the concept of Health 4.0. Health 4.0 refers to the process of developing a value-based system that measures results and aims proactive prevention from a system that is mainly reactive in health and focuses on pay for service. The aim of this study is determining the utilization of digital technologies, which have been used in Industry 4.0 applications, in Health. It is assumed that classification of these findings may contribute to the sectoral and academic research in future. Systematic literature review is applied in this research and PUBMED database is used to retrieve scientific publications. After conducting research, it is found that technological developments in the field of health have focused on reduce human-induced errors in the management and presentation of health systems; the development of early diagnosis and treatments that allow patients to be treated without space and time problems; and the health of patients before they get sick by providing them preventive controlling.
