Özet

Bu araştırmada, Alkanna Tausch (Boraginaceae) cinsine ait 34 türün herbaryum örneklerinden alman polenlerin morfolojileri ışık mikroskobu ile incelenmiştir. İncelenen türlerin polenleri, palinolojik bakımdan benzerlik göstermektedir. Polener subizopolar, 3-kolporat ve spheroidal-subprolat'tır.

Abstract

In this study, the pollen morphology of pollen garins obtained from herbarium specimens of 34 species of the genus Alkanna Tausch (Boraginaceae) have been investigated with a light microscope. The pollen grains of 34 species show similar characteristic features namely stenopalynous subisopolar, 3-colpomte and sphaeroidea-subprolata.
