Özet
Bu çalışmanın amacı, oral cerrahi işlemler sıra¬sında soğutucu ajan ve debris uzaklaştırıcı ola¬rak kullanılan farklı irrigasyon solüsyonlarının diş kesim süresine olan etkilerini ve kullanım miktarını araştırmaktır. Çalışmada 45 adet in¬san orijinli alt 20 yaş dişi üç farklı irrigasyon solüsyonu kullanılarak çelik fissür frezler ile ke¬silmiştir. Abstract
The aim of this study was to investigate the ef¬fect of different irrigating solutions used as co¬oling agent and debris remover from the ope¬ration site during oral surgical procedures whether they reduce the time for sectioning tooth, and to determine the total amounts of these solutions used. In this study, 45 human lower third molar teeth were sectioned with surgical burs using three different irrigating so¬lutions. The results were tested by the Cova-riant analyses.
