Gruplar kendi içinde kıyaslandığında bu azalmalar 6-12 aylar arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bulundu Sonuç: Sonuç olarak DBM'nin TCP greft materya¬line eklenmesinin sinus agmentasyonunda başarıyı olumlu yönde etkilediği ve greft stabilitesini arttırdığı görülmüştür. the surgery, and every 3 months after the abutment connection and patients have been followed up to 15 months (6 to 15 months; mean, 9.77 ± 3.1). Total bone level/ implant length (BL/IL) and also the grafted sinus height/ original sinus height ratio (GSH/OSH) has been decreased by every 3 months in each groups. Abstract
Objective: Different bone graft materials have been used for sinus augmentation to increase bone volu¬me and height. The purpose of this study was radi-ographically to evaluate and compare the changes in sinus-graft height after sinus floor augmentation with autogenous bone and the mixture of deminera¬lized bone matrix (DBM) with tricalcium phosphate (TCP), (A+DBM+T) and the autogenous bone and TCP alone (A+T). Material and Method: The study group consisted of 21 patients (9 men, 12 women; mean age, 49.2 ± 9.2) and 31-sinus augmentation. 15 sinuses were tre¬ated with (A+DBM+T) 16 were treated with (A+T). AH implants sites were Class C according to the site classification by Jensen, with a 4-6 mm of bone available for implant stabilization. 51 implants were placed totally. Evaluation was done using the pana-romic radiographs, which were taken 6 months after the surgery, and every 3 months after the abutment connection and patients have been followed up to 15 months (6 to 15 months; mean, 9.77 ± 3.1). Results:The changes in grafted sinus floor were evaluated as described by Hatano et al. Total bone level/ implant length (BL/IL) and also the grafted sinus height/ original sinus height ratio (GSH/OSH) has been decreased by every 3 months in each groups. Conclusion: The decrease has been found statisti¬cally significant between months 6 and 12 in each group (p
