Özet

Son yıllarda estetik restoratif dişhekimliğinde, birçok yeni materyal geliştirilmiştir. İndirekt kompozit rezin restorasyonlar geleneksel metal yada seramik restorasyonlara alternatif olarak piyasaya sunulmuştur. Bu makalede; polimerizasyonu gerçekleştirmede ışık, ısı ve basıncın birlikte kullanıldığı, oldukça iyi estetiğe sahip yeni bir sistem olan Tescera ATL sistemle (Tescera ATL, Bisco Dental Products Richmond, Canada) indirekt kompozit inley yapımı sunulmaktadır. Sözkonusu özelliklerinden dolayı, gelecekte bu tip sistemlerin kullanımının yaygınlaşacağı düşünülmektedir.

Abstract

In esthetic restorative dentistry, many new materials have been developed in recent years. Indirect composite resin restorations were introduced a number of years ago as possible alternatives to traditional metallic or ceramic-based indirect restorations. In this article; a new system (Tescera ATL system) presented which is a combination of pressure, light and heat for the polymerisation used for production indirect composite inlay. Because of these properties, these products can be used more in the future.
