Özet
Bu olgu sunumunun amacı, periodontitisli hastaların tedavisinde ideal fonksiyon ve estetiği sağlamak için periodontal, ortodontik, implantve protetikdişhekimliği takım çalışmasının sonuçlarını sunmak ve tartışmaktır. Hasta dişeti kanaması ve üst anterior bölgedeki dişlerde yer değiştirme ve diş eksikliği şikayetiyle kliniğimize başvurmuştur. Agresif periodontitis teşhisi konulan hastaya periodontal tedavinin ardından üst anterior bölgedeki patolojik migrasyonun düzeltilmesi ve ideal bir restoratif tedavi yapabilmek için gerekli harmoninin sağlanması amacıyla ortodontik tedavi yapılmıştır. 5 ay süren ortodontik tedavinin ardından kayıp dişin restorasyonu amacıyla bölgeye implant uygulanmış ve 4 aylık osseointegrasyon fazının ardından protetik restorasyonu yapılmıştır. 13. ay sonunda stabil bir oklüzyon, fonksiyon ve estetik sağlanmıştır. Sonuç olarak, periodontal hastalık varlığında iyi bir periodontal tedavi ve idame fazı ile başarılı bir ortodontik ve restoratif tedavi gerçekleştirilmiştir.
Abstract
The aim of this case report was to present and discuss the combined periodontal, orthodontic and prosthetic treatment, of the periodontal diseased patient to maintain the ideal function and esthetics. The patient came to our clinic with complaints of gingival bleeding, migration, translation and absence of a tooth. Periodontological diagnosis of the patient was aggressive periodontitis. The treatment protocol was first periodontal treatment and then orthodontic treatment in order to correct patological migration of upper anterior teeth and to ensure ideal harmony for the restorative treatment. After 5 months of orthodontic treatment, implant applied for the restoration of the missing tooth and after 4 months of osseointegration phases restorative treatment started. At the end of 13 months a stable occlusion, function and esthetics was achieved. As concluded a periodontal diseased patient was succesfully treated with periodontal, orthodontic and restorarive treatment.
