Abstract

Aim: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the marginal adaptation and surface texture qualities of one microhybrid composite and three different types of flowable resin materials in noncarious cervical lesions with SEM. Subjects and Methods: Noncarious cervical lesions were restored with Admira Flow, Dyract Flow, Filtek Flow and Filtek Z250 according to manufacturers’ instructions in 7 patients. One week after the restorative procedure and at the end of 24 months, epoxy resin replicas were performed from seven patients to examine the marginal adaptation and surface texture of the restorations with SEM. Results: At the end of two years, little change has been demonstrated in marginal adaptation of Admira Flow, Dyract Flow and Filtek Flow restorations compared to Filtek Z250 restorations in SEM analysis. Additionally, there was a little difference in surface characteristics of Admira Flow restorations against others.
