Survival data with covariates: An application to kidney transplantation

Abstract

This study considers the life table estimator, Kaplan-Meier estimator and Cox regression model to assess the effects of various covariates on the survival of a patient's kidney. The data consist of the lifetimes of transplanted kidneys and has been collected from the register of patients who were operated on in Baskent University Hospital in Ankara
