Some results on the exponential integral and the neutrix convolution product

Abstract

The exponential integral ei $(lambda x)$ and its associated functions ei$(lambda x)$ and ei$(lambda x)$ are defined as locally summable functions on the real line. The neutrix convolution product of the exponential function and the exponential integral is evaluated.
