Özet
Türkiye için endemik olan dört Bolanthus (Ser.) Reichb.
Abstract
Pollen grains of four Turkish endemic Bolanthus (Ser.) Reichb» (Caryophyllaceae) taxa, B. minuartioides (Jaub.&Spach) Hub.-Mor., B. spergulifolius (Jaub.&Spach) Hub.-Mor., B. thymoides Hub.-Mor. andi?. frankenioides (Boiss.) Bark. var. fasciculatus, not studied hitherto, were examined by light microscope (LM) and also the first species by electron microscopes (SEM and TEM). LM observations reveal that pollen grains of the taxa are polypantoporate with operculum, spheroidal, tectate-perforate. Electron microscopical studies in B. minuartioides show that ektexine is spinulose-microperforate in the interporal zone. There are angular ektexine elements on operculum. Exine ultrastructure in the interporal area is characterized by thick tectum, columellae tapering, with internal foramina, and thin, lamellated- granular endexine. In the aperture area angular fleck of ektexine is underlain by ttnckened endexine.
