Özet
Bu yazıda optik disk ve optik sinir hastalıklarının tanısında kullanılan görüntüleme ve inceleme yöntemleri morfolojik ve fonksiyonel inceleme alt başlıkları altında iki grupta incelenecektir. Optik koherens tomografi, bilgisayarlı tomografi, manyetik rezonans görüntüleme ve fundus otofloresans görüntüleme yöntemleri morfolojik görüntüleme yöntemleridir. Fonksiyonel inceleme yöntemleri olarak görsel uyarılmış potansiyeller (VEP) ve desen elektroretinogram (PERG) testleri üzerinde durulacaktır. Optik sinir başı druzeni, papilödem/psödopapilödem ayırıcı tanısı, optik sinir hipoplazisi sorunlarında morfolojik testler ön plandadır. Optik nörit, optik sinir kompresyonu ve glokom gibi sorunların tespiti ve tanısında ise fonksiyonel testler üzerinde durulacaktır.
Abstract
In this review, the imaging and investigational tests that are used in the diagnosis of optic disc and optic nerve diseases will be mentioned in the subtitles of morphologic and functional tests. Optical coherence tomography, computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging and fundus autofluorescence imaging are morphologic tests. Visual evoked potentials ad pattern electroretinogram tests will be mentioned as functional tests. Morphologic tests are used in the diagnosis of optic nerve head drusen, in the differential diagnosis of papilledema/pseudopapilledema and optic nerve hypoplasia. Functional tests will be reviewed in the diagnosis of pathologies such as optic neuritis, optic nerve compression and glaucoma.
