AH26 ve AH plus'a karşı cilt altı dokuda oluşan cevabın karşılaştırılması

Özet

Çalışmamazda rat cilt altı dokusuna AHgg ve-AH Plus implante edilerek oluşan doku yanıtları histolojik olarak karşılaştırıldı. Bu amaçla içlerine AH2Q ve AH Plus konmuş 42 adet polietilen tüp cilt altına yerleşti¬rildi. Doku reaksiyonları 7, 30 ve 60 günlük dönemle¬rin sonunda tüplerin uç kısmındaki maddelere karşı oluşan reaksiyoner inflamasyon derecesi yönünden değerlendirildi. 7,30 ve 60 günlük dönemler sonunda Ahİ2e'ya karşı şiddetli bir reaksiyon izlenirken AH Plus'a karşı 7 inci günde şiddetli başlayan inflamasyon 30. günde hafif¬lemiş, 60. günde fibröz bir kapsülle infeksiyon sona ermiştir. AH Plus'ın, AH2Qya nazaran daha iyi tolere edildiği gözlenmiştir.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to compare the histo-pathological tissue reactions to subcutaneous imp¬lantation of AH26 and AH Plus in rats. A total of 42 polyethylene tubes filled with AH26 and AH Plus we¬re implanted subcutaneously in the rats. Tissue reac¬tions were studied after 73 30 and 60 day and evaluated for the degree of inflammation around the tubes. The results of the study demonstrated that a violent inflammatory reaction was present against had AH2Q after 7, 30 and 60 day periods. However, the violent inflammatory reaction which had begun against AH Plus at 7th day diminished at the end of 3Cfn day and the inflammatory reaction ended with a fibrous
