Vezikoüreteral reflü tedavisinde endoskopik subüreteral kollagen enjeksiyonu

Endoscopic suburethral collagen injection for the treatment of vesicoureteral reflux

Aralık 1995 - Şubat 1996 tarihleri arasında vezikoüre-teral reflü (VUR) tedavisi için Gülhane Askeri Tıp Akademisi Üroloji Anabilim Dalında 7'sikız 6'sı erkek toplam 13 olguya endoskopik subüreteral kollagen enjeksiyonu yapıldı. Bir defada uygulanan kollagen miktarı 0.5-1.5 mi arasında değişmekte idi. Üç olguda 1. derece, 3 olguda 2. derece, 3 olguda 3. derece 2 olguda 4. derece ve 2 olguda da 5. derece reflü mev¬cuttu. Üç olguda bilateral reflü mevcuttu. Bu olgular¬da 2., 3. ve 5. derece reflü mevcuttu. Enjeksiyondan sonra 10 olguda düzelme görüldü. Düzelme görülme¬yen 3 olguya ise ikinci defa kollagen enjeksiyonu ya¬pıldı. İkinci enjeksiyondan sonra sola grade 2 reflülü bir hastada daha düzelme görüldü. Olgular operas¬yondan sonra 24 saat hospitalize edildiler. Endosko¬pik subüreteral kollagen enjeksiyonunun 1., 2., 3., 4., ve 5. derece vezikoüreteral reflü tedavisinde basit, güvenilir ve etkili olduğu görüldü.

Abstract

From December 1995 to February 1996 at GMMA Urology Department 13 patients, 7 of whom were females and 6 were males, were given endoscopic subüreteral collagen injection for the treatment of vesicoureteral reflux. The amount of collagen given each time varied between 0.5-1.5 ml. Three cases had reflux in the first grade, 3 in the second, 3 in the third, 2 in the fourth and 2 in the fifth. 3 cases had bilateral reflux. These cases had reflux in the second, third and fifth grades. 10 cases had signs of recovery. Collagen injection was given to 3 non-improving cases for the second time. Aftersecond injection another patient who had reflux on the left in the sdcond grade improved. The patients had'been-hospitalized 24 hours since the operation. It was seen that endoscopic suburethral collagen injection was simple, reliable and efficient in the treatment of first, second, third, fourth and fifth grade vesicoureteral reflux.
