Abstract

Familial mediterranian fever (FMF) is a genetic disease characterized by recurrent febrile attacks and inflammation of serous membranes. Artralgia and artritis can be seen in 75 % of patints. Here we report a case diagnosed as FMF by clinical progress and family history and supported by genetic diagnosis.
