In this study, it's aimed to search the effect of sudden decrease in blood pressure on diastolic functions of the left ventricle.It was studied on 33 cases. 12 of them were men, and 21 of them were women who had sistolic blood pressures of >180 mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressures of >110 mmHg with sinus rhythm not having abnormal Q waves.
