Özet

Çalışmanın amacı, periton kapanırken uygulanan tramadol ve morfinin, derlenme ve erken postoperatif dönemdeki ağrı ile solunum parametreleri üzerine etkilerinin karşılaştırılmasıdır.Abdominal cerrahi uygulanacak 60 hastaya standart anestezi uygulandı. Olgular 3 gruba ayrılarak, periton kapanma aşamasında Grup I'e 0.1 mg/kg morfin, Grup II'ye 1.5 mg/kg tramadol ve Grup III'e ise 3 mg/kg tramadol intravenöz olarak verildi. Abstract

The aim of the study is to compare the effects of tramadol and morphine administrated during wound-closure on recovery and immediate postoperative pain relief with respiratory parameters. Sixty patients undergoing abdominal surgery were given standart anaesthesia. The patients were divided into three groups. At wound closure, patients in Group I was given iv morphine 0.1 mg/kg, in Group II tramadol 1.5 mg/kg and in Group III tramadol 3 mg/kg. At the end of the operation, the time of orientation and the time of response to the commands were recorded. At 15-30-60-90 minutes after the operation pain scores, respiratuary rate, and adverse effects (vomiting and nausea) were recorded. At 10,15 and 30 minutes after extubation arterial blood gases analysis were done. The time of response to the commands and the time of orientation were the shortest in Group I (p
