Özet
Ovaryan gebelik ektopik gebeliğin nadir görülen şekillerinden biridir ve zamanında doğru tanıyı koymak laparoskopi/laparatomi esnasında dahi zordur. Olguların çoğu patoloji bölümünde tanınır ve bu nadir ektopik gebelik formunu korpus luteum kisti ya da tubal ektopik gebelikten ayırmak gereklidir. Biz burada laparatomi ve ooferektomi ile tedavi edilen yeni bir rüptüre ovaryan gebelik olgusu sunuyoruz.
Abstract
Ovarian pregnancy is a rare form of ectopic pregnancy and it is difficult to establish a correct diagnosis timely even in laparoscopy/laparotomy. Most of the cases are diagnosed in pathology department and it is necessary to distinguish this rare form of ectopic pregnancy from corpus luteum cyst or tubal ectopic pregnancy. We present here a new case of ruptured ovarian pregnancy which was treated by laparotomy and oophorectomy.
