Özet

Bu makalede, yalancı eklemler ile birlikte ayrık elemanlar yöntemi (DEM) kullanılarak belirsiz uzunluktaki eklemlerin geometrik parametrelerinin kaya kütlesinin şekil değiştirmesine olan etkisini çalışmak için önerilen yeni bir teknik tanıtılmıştır. Bu çalışmada elde edilen sonuçlar, şekil değiştirme parametreleri için tüm kaya kütlesini temsil eden bir hacimin (REV) ve REV özelliklerinin elde edilebilme olasılığına işaret etmektedir.

Abstract

In this paper, a new proposed technique to study the effect of non-persistent pint parameters on rock mass deformability by using the Distinct Element Method (DEM) along with fictitious joints is presented. Results obtained through this study has an indication that there is a possibility to obtain representative elementary volume (REV) and REV properties for rock mass with respect to deformability parameter.
