Effects of coal type and effective reduction ratio on capacity in a laboratory scale jaw crushers

Özet

Bu çalışmada, beş farklı özellikteki kömür örneklerinin laboratuvar tip çeneli kırıcıda (10x12 cm), dört farklı tesirli boyut küçültme oranlarında ( 2.5, 5, 10 ve 20 ), üç farklı boy ut fraksiyonunda, kırıcı kapasitesi üzerindeki etkisi incelenmiştir.Testlerden, tek kademe yerine 3 kademe ufalamayla kapasitenin, kömür türüne göre % 38 ile % 82 oranında artma eğiliminde, olduğu ve elde edilen ürün açısından ise kademeli olarak kırma işleminde daha komojen bir ürün elde edildiği ortaya çıkmıştır.Sonuçta, kırıcı seçiminde kömür türünün, boyuta bağlı olarak boyut küçültme oranının önemli olduğu, deneysel sonuçlardan ortaya çıkmıştır. Kırıcı tipinin belirlenmesinde gelenekler ve alışkanlıklar yerine, gerekli testlerin yapılmasının önemi vurgulanmıştır.

Abstract

In this study, the effect at the three different particle sizes and four different effective reduction ratio are investigated on the five different characteristic coal samples depend oh the capacity of crusher in the laboratory type Jaw crusher (10x12 cm).In these tests, the capasity with three stage reduction instead of the one stage reduction has been made to increased in 38% with 82% ratio according to coal type. Additionally, distributions obtained products are more homojenity. As a result of study, selection ofchrusher type can be obtained more important of coal type and reduction ratio depend on coal sizes. Determination of chrusher type can be emphasized more important from made of necessary tests instead of habits and traditions,
