Depreme dayanıklı yapıların tasarım ve inşaatı hakkında öneriler

Özet

Depremler yapılardaki tasarım ve inşaat kusurlarını ortaya çıkaran doğal bir deney olarak düşünülebilir. Bu makalede, geçmiş depremlerin betonarme binalarda yaptığı hasarların ışığı altında, tasarım ve inşaattta uygulanması yararlı görülen bazı önerilere yer verilmektedir. Bunların bir kısmı değişik ve yeni olarak nitelendirilebilir. Taşıyıcı olmayan bölme duvarların rijitliklerinin tasarım sırasında hesaba katılması, perdelerin yerleştirilmesi ve döşemelerde oluşan düzlem içi gerilmeler, kolon kiriş birleşim yerlerinde inşaat sırasında oluşan soğuk derz probleminin kesme anahtarları kullanılarak aşılması, kolon düşey donatısının döşeme üzerinde ve kat ortasında olmak üzere iki ayrı kesitte bindirmeyle eklenmesi gibi öneriler önemli sayılabilir.

Abstract

Earthquakes can be tought as natural experiences which puts forward the design and construction defects. Some suggestions which are included in this study can be thought to be helpful during the design and construction when applied. These suggestions are resulted from the experiences of the past destructive earthquakes on the reinforced concrete structures. Some of the suggestions can be considered as different and/or new ideas. Some ideas such as considering the rigidities of the infill walls during design calculations, location of the shear walls and inplane stresses of the storey slabs, designing shear key at the beam column joints to solve the construction joint problem and splicing the vertical rebars of columns at two different sections which are the floor level and the mid-point between floors can be considered as new ideas.
