Dişlilerin hızlandırılmış yorulma mukavemeti testi

Özet

Universal bir yorulma testi cihazı kullanarak, dişlilerin yorulma testlerini hızlandırmak ve böyle bir testin sonuçlarını standart dişli hesaplamalarıyla karşılaştırmak amacıyla, tümü ve sadece yüzeyi sertleştirilmiş çelik dişliler üzerinde yorulma deneyleri yapılmıştır. Bu amaçla; Amsler Yüksek Frekans Universal Yorulma Vibratörü için özel bir bağlama takımı tasarlanmış ve imal edilmiştir. Deney sonuçları, dişlilerin yorulma mukavemetlerinin bu şekilde çok daha hızlı olarak belirlenebileceğini ve sonuçların AGMA 2001.B88 Standardı ile elde edilen hesaplamalara uygun olduğunu göstermiştir.

Abstract

To accelerate the bending fatigue test of gears by using a universal fatigue testing machine and to compare the results with those obtained from general rating practices, single tooth bending fatigue tests were carried out on through and induction hardened steel gears. For this purpose, a special test fixture was designed and built for an Amsler High Frequency Vibrophore. The results show that the bending fatigue strength of gears can be determined very rapidly by using the universal fatigue testing machine and they are in agreement with the permissible load calculated from AGMA Standard 2001.B88.
