Özet

Bu çalışmada; motorlu taşıt testlerinde kullanılan şasi dinamometresi, yakıtmetre ve egzoz gaz analiz cihazlarının bilgisayar ile otomasyonu amaçlanmıştır. Bu otomasyonda test cihazlarından gelen elektronik sinyaller ve bu sinyallere bağlı olarak elde edilen veriler bilgisayar ortamına aktarılarak değerlendirilmeleri sağlanmıştır. Gelen sinyallerin verilere dönüştürülmesinde ve bilgisayara aktarılmasında "PC Bus Data Acquisition system and Control Boards" kullanılmıştır. Veri toplama sisteminin uygulanması ve kullanılması sonucunda motorlu taşıt testlerinde bulunması gereken yardımcı eleman sayısına duyulan ihtiyaç ve verilerin doğrudan bilgisayara aktarılmasıyla hata yapma oranı azaltılmıştır. Bu sistemle - verilerin daha kolay değerlendirilmesi sağlanmıştır. Kurulan bu sistem geliştirilmeye son derece açıktır.

Abstract

In this work, It is aimed to establish a computerized controlled system in order to achieve an automatic control of a chasis dynamometer, fuel meter and gas analyzer. The data collected by test equipment were transferred by electronic signals to the computer environment and then they are evaluated. To transfer the necessary informations and to convert the signals into data a "PC Bus Data Acquisition System and Control Board" were used. By using this system, the number of the auxiliary test equipment parts needed was reduced and the percentage of faulty measurements was minimised. Also, by using this system obtained data at the end of each test, were evaluated quite easily and this system can be developed easily.
