Taguchi Metodunda varyans analizine alternatif bir yaklaşım

Özet

Taguchi Metodu, ortogonal dizileri kullanarak kontrol edilemeyen faktörlerin etkilerini minimize etmeye çalışan bir deneysel tasarım tekniğidir. Bu teknikte faktör seviyelerinin tespit edilmesinde çeşitli yöntemler kullanılır. Bu çalışmada, gerçek sistemden elde edilen veriler kullanılarak, Varyans Analizi Yöntemi ile Faktör Etkilerinin Grafiksel Gösterimi Yönteminin bir karşılaştırılması yapılmış ve elde edilen sonuçlara dayalı olarak problem, çok amaçlı karar verme problemi şeklinde tekrar modellenmiştir. Yeni modelin çözüm sonuçlan ANOVA ile elde edilen sonuçlarla karşılaştırılarak mühendislik tasarımlarında Faktör Etkilerinin Grafiksel Gösterimi Yönteminin Varyans Analizi Yöntemine göre daha iyi sonuç verebileceği görülmüştür.

Abstract

Taguchi Method is an experimental design technique to minimize the effects of the uncontrollable factors by using orthogonal arrays. In this technique, various methods are used to determine the levels of the factors. In this study, a comparison between Analysis of Variance and Method of Graphical Representation of the Factor Effects has been made using data obtained from a real system and problem has been modeled as a multi-objective decision making based on the results. Results of the new model is compared with the result of the ANOVA and it is seen that the Method of Graphical Representation of the Factors Effects can give better results compared with the Analysis of Variance.
