Bileşen tasarımı ve konstrüksiyonu bağlamında panel uygulamaları analizi

Özet

Ülkemizde, orta ve orta-üst kültür ve gelir grubunun konut ihtiyacını karşılamak üzere 20.y.y.'ın son çeyreğinde yapılan uygulamaların görsel etki ve kentsel tasarım açısından başarılı olmakla beraber, teknik gereklilikler açısından yeterli olmadığı görülmüştür. Endüstriyel üretim niteliği gösteren bu tür toplu konut alanlarından Dikmen Vadisi, Bilkent, Koru Sitesi ve Eryaman Toplu Konut alanında yer alan konut grupları bu çalışma kapsamında analiz edilmiştir. Bu bağlamda sürdürülen çalışmanın ana teması; strüktürel sistem bileşeni olan prekast cephe elemanlarının perde duvarlara bağlantısından kaynaklanan sorunlardır. Bu sorunların; derz kurgusu ve uygulaması ile ilgili olduğu, öncelikle tasarım aşamasında, ilgili performans kriter ve ölçütlerine uymamaktan oluştuğu belirlenmiştir.

Abstract

In Turkey, it is seen that, the mass-housing buildings that had been constructed after the last quarter of the twentieth century in order to aspect the housing requirement of the middle, mid./high income-culture groups, haven't obtain the technical- requirements beside the achievement about visual effect and urban design. Ankara Dikmen Valley, Bilkent, Mesa Koru and Eryaman mass-housing regions are the samples of the industrial production characteristics. In this study; those building groups are analyzed. In this scope, the problems occurred by the anchorage (connections) of the facade pre-cast panel units to the structural curtain wall systems are analyzed. It is determined that, those problems are related with the joint design and occurred by the lack of the consideration to the related performance criteria and measurements during the design phase.
